I have several MP4 clips. I use Davinci Resolve to edit these MP4 files, so it’s a bit of a problem for me. 1 imported fine, but the second and third ones only import as audio. Does anyone know what I can do?
DaVinci Resolve can handle MP4 files. But I’m willing to bet, the codec isn’t something that Resovle likes (Codecs are the compression type).
On this occasion, you need to transcode MP4 to DaVinci Resolve preferred DNxHD or ProRes files and then transfer the converted MP4 files to DaVinci Resolve for editing. DumboFab Video Converter is the best video converter that can help you transcode MP4 as well as MOV, MKV, DivX, WMV, etc to DaVinci Resolve compatibleDNxHD or ProRes codec with high output video quality.
